Corporate event venue in Hammersmith

Kindred hosts four types of corporate event: conferences (up to 120 delegates in The Hall), meetings (boardroom for 16 in the Butterwick, larger meetings in the Library), away days for teams of up to 60, and dry hire of specific spaces where a client brings their own caterer or AV team. All four are bookable through the same events team.

Meetings use the top-floor rooms (the Butterwick boardroom for 16, the Library for up to 45 theatre-style). Conferences use The Hall on the first floor for up to 120 delegates theatre-style or 80 cabaret, often with the Library and Salon Bar for breakouts. Meetings tend to run for half a day or a day; conferences usually run for a full day with a closing reception.

Yes. Away days combine work and time together. A typical day uses The Hall or the Library for the working session, Cellar at Kindred for lunch, and the Salon Bar for a closing drinks reception. Teams of up to around 60 work well. The events team plans the day around your goals.

Dry hire is available for specific spaces and dates. You bring your own caterer and AV team and we provide the room and access. Dry hire is more common for production shoots, brand events with a specified production partner, and private hires where the client has an existing supplier relationship. Speak to the events team about availability and conditions.

Venue hire includes the room, in-room AV (4K projector in The Hall and The Library, microphones and sound system in The Hall, Apple TV in the Butterwick), a technical walkthrough before the day, and a host on site throughout. Catering is by Cellar at Kindred and is priced separately based on your menu and guest count.

Two minutes walk from Hammersmith station, in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. Hammersmith is on the Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith and City lines. Paddington 20 minutes by tube, Kings Cross St Pancras 30 minutes, Heathrow 40 minutes by tube or a 30 minute drive.
