Community Guidelines

    • You will need your membership card to access the Club. 

 

    • Please sign-in any guests when you arrive at reception. 

 

    • You can use your laptop anywhere in the Club until 6pm. After 6pm, just ask our reception team which space is available for casual working. 

 

    • Please be mindful of your fellow members and share tables during busier times.  

 

    • If you’re leaving the building for any reason, please take your belongings with you, or our Club team will leave them in the cloakroom, ready for you to collect on your return.  

 

    • There is no access to the Club outside of our opening hours.  

 

    • No food or drink from outside can be consumed whilst on Club premises (including our outdoor spaces) unless medically necessary – please let a Club manager know if that’s the case. 

 

    • We turn the lights down and the sound up at 5pm every day.  

 

    • We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to illegal substances. Any member found in possession of illegal substances will have their membership cancelled.  

 

    • We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to illegal content or behaviour towards our members or our team. This includes verbal and physical behaviours and any report of which will be investigated. Any member found to be behaving in such a way may have their membership cancelled. If you see anything of this nature in our Club or digital spaces, please let our team know at membership@wearekindred.com  

 

    • We don’t allow smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, but we do have a designated smoking area on our balcony for you to use. 

 

    • We ask that you have the consent of any members or guests who appear in any content you create whilst on Kindred premises.

 

    • Your dog family is welcome at Kindred, but must be clean, well-behaved and must keep off the furniture. If your dog is disrupting other members, you will be asked to leave. 

 

    • All bills must be settled in full before leaving the Club. We offer the option to securely store your card details to take automatic payment, let our team know at: reception@wearekindred.com
