When is coworking available at Kindred?

Coworking is available weekdays at Kindred Hammersmith from 9am to 6pm. Day passes are valid for one full day of use. Walk-ins welcome subject to availability, or buy a day pass online in advance.

How much is a coworking day pass at Kindred?

£13 per day. The day pass includes access to the coworking space across the top two floors of Bradmore House, free 11am coffee social, fast Wi-Fi, dog-friendly throughout, and access to the full coffee bar (drinks and food ordered separately). No membership required.

Is there space for meetings at Kindred coworking?

Yes. Meeting rooms are bookable for coworkers. The Butterwick on the top floor seats up to 16 around an oval table; the Library handles larger group meetings. Both have AV. Book through the events team.

Can I bring guests to Kindred coworking?

Yes. Guest passes are £5 per hour. Useful for a quick client meeting or for someone joining you for part of the working day.

Are Kindred's coworking spaces dog friendly?

Yes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the coworking space. Pym, the office corgi, is usually somewhere on site to greet new arrivals.

Who needs another anonymous, white-walled coworking space with all the charm of a doctor’s waiting room? The “co” in our coworking stands for community and collaboration, yes, but also coffee, corgis (hi, Pym) and post-work cocktails. Dog-friendly throughout, two minutes from Hammersmith tube.

When is coworking available?

How much is a day pass?

You can take calls from the open workspaces (please be aware that during busier times, you may need to share tables). We also have a private meeting room called Butterwick, complete with screen and AV equipment.

Kitchen & Bar

Food & drink from our downstairs kitchen and bar, Cellar at Kindred, is available throughout the day and can be ordered from anywhere in the building.
One thing to consider: we don’t allow food & drink to be brought into Kindred from outside, unless medically necessary.
