  • No. Kindred is open to everyone, with no membership, no contract and no minimum commitment. You simply claim your free first day or buy a day pass for the day you want, and drop in. That’s what makes Kindred different from most Hammersmith coworking spaces, which sell monthly memberships or fixed desks.

  • Kindred coworking is at Bradmore House, Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9BW, a restored Grade II listed building two minutes’ walk from Hammersmith station. Hammersmith is on the Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith and City lines, and the Broadway bus station is a minute away.

  • Yes. Dogs are welcome throughout Kindred, not just in one area, and there is no extra charge to bring your dog for the day. It’s one of the few genuinely dog-friendly coworking spaces in Hammersmith and West London.

  • Kindred has both quiet and buzzy spaces across the building, so you can choose based on your day. The Library upstairs is the calm, focused room for heads-down work and quieter calls, while The Hall is livelier for collaboration. Butterwick is our bookable meeting room, available for £50/hour. Alternatively, there are plenty of quieter corners across our building that you are welcome to take a call from, just make sure you bring headphones and are mindful of your fellow coworkers.

  • A day pass includes access from 9am to 5pm, fast wifi throughout, a choice of quiet and social spaces across the building, unlimited hot drinks, filtered still and sparkling water, snacks, and the daily 11am coffee social hosted by our community manager. Dogs are welcome, you can bring your own food, and bookable meeting rooms are available if you need them. Please note that we are occasionally closed for events. Check our website for availability.
