Alongside the tasting, enjoy a selection of amuse-bouches from the Cellar at Kindred kitchen & bar, thoughtfully prepared to complement the experience.

About Harry Evans
Hailing from County Meath, Harry is a local dairy farmer turned distiller and whiskey brand ambassador. With a first-class honours degree in Sustainable Agriculture and a Certificate in Distilling, Harry brings unique agricultural expertise to the art of whiskey-making. As an integral part of the Boann Distillery team for four years, he’s involved in every aspect of production from grain to cask, playing a key role in sustainability projects and delivering masterclasses across the globe.
