By coworking at Kindred, you agree to the following terms:

1. The free day pass is available only to new customers on their first visit and is limited to one per person.
2. The free day pass is available only to residents of the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. Proof of residency may be requested, and we reserve the right to refuse the offer where it cannot be provided.
3. The free day pass must be booked online.
4. The free day pass is subject to availability, and a limited number are available each day.
5. The free day pass has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
6. The free day pass is valid only on the booked date and cannot be carried over or transferred to another person.
7. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, after which you may rebook for another date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the free day pass being forfeited.
8. If you have not arrived by 2pm on your booked date, your free day pass will be forfeited.
9. In the rare event that your booking conflicts with a private event, we will offer you an alternative date.
10. By claiming the free day pass, you agree to our coworking space rules and community guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave if your behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.
11. The free day pass may not be resold or used to host commercial events.
12. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

1. Day passes can be purchased online or in person.
2. Day passes are subject to availability, and capacity is limited each day.
3. Day passes are valid only on the booked date. Day passes may not be transferred to another person.
4. Day passes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as set out in these terms.
5. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will refund your payment or transfer your pass to an alternative date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
6. If you do not attend on your booked date, your day pass will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
7. In the rare event that your booking conflicts with a private event, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
8. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days.
9. By purchasing a day pass, you agree to our coworking space rules and community guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave if your behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
10. Day passes may not be resold or used to host commercial events.
11. We may amend these terms from time to time. Any changes will not affect day passes already purchased.
