The Butterwick is the panelled room on the top floor of Bradmore House. Original early eighteenth century panelling, high ceilings, daylight. The room that gives Bradmore House its Grade II listing.

Built around a single oval boardroom table that seats 16. Apple TV with HDMI and wireless audio conferencing for screen-sharing and video calls. Best for senior meetings, board meetings, interviews and tightly-scoped working sessions.

The Library

The Library is the larger of the two meeting rooms at Kindred. Daylit and book-lined, with high arched windows. Furniture is flexible: a long boardroom table for 42, or theatre-style seating for up to 45 with a 4K projector for presentations.

Best for senior offsites, workshops, training days, larger team meetings and presentations. The adjoining Salon Bar can be hired with the Library for refreshments, breakouts or a drinks reception to close the day.

  • Yes. Both the Butterwick and the Library are available for half-day hire as well as full-day. The events team can advise on minimum hire periods and catering minimums when you enquire.

  • Yes. A lift serves all three floors, including the top floor where the Library and Butterwick are located. There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor. Bradmore House is directly outside the fully accessible Hammersmith tube and bus station.
