Bradmore House is a Grade II listed Baroque mansion in Hammersmith, two minutes from the tube. Inside, The Hall holds 120 delegates with a raised stage, private bar and a 4K projector. The Library and Salon Bar on the top floor handle breakouts and networking.

A characterful alternative to a conference centre or hotel function room. The same in-house team books your room, prepares your catering and runs your AV. There is no third-party caterer and no separate AV supplier.

The Hall at Kindred set up theatre-style for a conference of 120 delegates

The Hall

The Hall is the signature conference space at Kindred. First floor of Bradmore House, with high arched windows, an original fireplace, a raised stage and a private bar at the back of the room. Theatre style for 120 delegates, cabaret for 80, banquet for 100. A 4K projector and top-of-the-range sound system are included.

The Library and Salon Bar on the top floor can be added for breakouts and networking, giving you the full top half of the building for a single conference.

The Library

Smaller than The Hall but perfectly formed for conferences, The Library sits on the top floor of Kindred and can be configured in various ways depending on the event.

With a projector situated at the front of the room and a mixture of table and lounge-style seating, it is set up for both individual presentations and group-work – or a conference event that combines the two. It can also be paired with The Salon bar next door as required. Colour-coded antique books, original artwork and side-light from the afternoon sun give The Library a sense of charm and calm in equal measure.

Lunch by Cellar at Kindred

Cellar at Kindred is our ground-floor restaurant and the same kitchen prepares every conference lunch. Working lunches, hot bowl food, deli sharing platters, two-course sit-down menus. All seasonal and sourced from quality producers.

We can serve lunch in The Hall, on the top floor near your breakouts, or downstairs in Cellar itself as a change of scene mid-day. The events team will plan the timing with you and our chefs handle dietary requirements and bespoke menus on request.

AV included, technical walkthrough before the day

A member of the events team runs a technical walkthrough with you before the day so you know exactly what your presenters will see, where the microphones are and how the system handles handovers. Someone stays on site through the conference to fix anything that needs fixing.

Wind down with a canapé

You do not need to rush your delegates out at the end of the conference. Close the day with a drinks reception in the Salon Bar on the top floor, next door to the Library. Canapes prepared by Cellar at Kindred, drinks from the bar, the same room set up for relaxed conversation.

Especially worth it if your conference has been intensive: a structured close to the day, time for delegates to talk to each other, and a clean end-point so guests can leave on their own schedule rather than all at once.
