Feeling like you’re piling on the pounds and want to trim that belly? Doug’s back with another 30 minute HIIT workout ‘ab-attack’, ready to work your core down to the floor!
This ultimate ab workout will tighten and tone your front, lower back and sides giving you a complete whole abdominal workout. It’s an opportunity to really tone your core muscles and increase overall core strength, finishing with a sequence of deep stretches to leave you feeling grounded to start your day.
With Doug’s motivation, energising music and working out together as a community, you’ll finish feeling uplifted, super productive and ready to rock the day!

Doug is a holistic health coach and qualified personal trainer. His passion for personal wellbeing was sparked in 2002 when he was selected for the US National rugby team. Having benefited from understanding how one’s lifestyle directly impacts their overall performance in life he now helps clients introduce positive change in a realistic and authentic manner. He is fully aware that modern day lives are busy but through incremental change, aided by an improved knowledge and daily structure, healthy habits can be created resulting in more sustained energy, a deeper purpose and overall happiness.
