TUNE.IN How to use Breathwork to Boost your Immune System and Performance: Supercharge your year with these breathwork hacks.

What Can I Expect?
The session will begin with a 5-minute grounding meditation. Kavita will then give a 10/15 minute talk, then a 15-minute breathwork session, followed by 15 minute Q’s and A’s

There are a number of ways that breathwork can be practised. Wim Hoff, Transformational breath, Yoga style pranayama to name a few. This workshop will take you through some basic techniques that you can use daily or whenever you feel like you need it.

Breathwork is becoming increasingly popular with a number of scientific studies supporting a multitude of potential benefits to health, productivity and mental wellbeing. This workshop will give you some tools that you can use at home to help you hack your life for the better.

More About Kavita Golia:
Kat is a transformation and embodiment coach. Her mission is to help men and women get out of their heads and tune into their bodies. Kat uses modalities such as breathwork, embodiment, and yoga principles. Kat has trained in a number of yoga styles to include Yin, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Mandala and Rocket. She is a Transformational Breathwork facilitator, an ACC accredited coach through Mindful Talent and is currently training with the School of Embodied Arts. Kat recently graduated with an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology and after researching the effects of psilocybin, also coaches on psychedelic wellness. With a passion for music and dancing, Kat incorporates this into her work.
