Natural Cleaning Workshop w/ Sunny Jar Eco Hub

Learn how to make your own natural cleaning products, reduce the use of toxic chemicals and plastic waste!
After the last year, we’ve been thinking about how we can be kinder to the earth while keeping our homes clean! Do you want to protect the environment, save money, and have a clean, toxic-free home? Come join us and our good friends over at the Sunny Jar Eco Hub for a DIY natural cleaning workshop.

In this casual 2 hour workshop, Sunny Jar Eco Hub will teach you the many uses of soap, vinegar, citric acid and bicarbonate of soda, whilst demonstrating their low waste cleaning kit. Making your own cleaning products will save you money, reduce packaging waste, and can be less harmful to your health and the environment.

What To Expect:

You will learn how to make:
– A simple, yet effective, all-purpose cleaning spray
– Some fabulously fresh toilet cleaner bombs
– A multi-purpose soap base
– A stunning air freshener and cleaning paste with bicarbonate of soda.
This is a perfect workshop to learn something new, share tips on low waste living and meet like-minded people.

Tools will be provided but in keeping with reusing, recycling, and reducing waste, we really encourage you to bring any empty jars you may have.

Who’s This Event For?

This is open to all, with discounted tickets for members. Remember, if you are purchasing a members’ ticket, please bring your membership card, or quote your member ID number’.
