Then grab a cuppa and join us for Monday Goals, where you can meet other members of the Kindred Community, share how you’re doing and set your goals for the week.

We’ll be sharing the below three areas and then checking in with each other the following Monday.

Productivity and focus
1) Your top 3 goals for the week (personal or professional)

Mental Wellbeing
2) How you want to feel at the end of the week

Giving back
3) Sharing one thing in the week that we’ll do to help someone else during the pandemic
