What should I expect?

In this lunch and learn we’ll explore the concept of human rewilding and the positive benefits of weaving nature into our daily lives, experimenting with living in more alignment with the seasons, and how this can be achieved even in the most urban environments.

The session will be a 30 minute talk followed by a 15 minute Q&A session

Who is it for?

Those of you who spend the majority of your day working or socialising from a screen and find it challenging to make time for you.

What will I learn?

1. How to live in more alignment with the seasons in order to thrive
2. How to use nature to improve your mental and physical wellbeing, prevent stress and create focus and creativity
3. An intro into biophilic design and how this can be applied at home and in your workplace
