– Create accountability

– Happy hour drinks and connect with others

“I often found myself wanting to start writing projects and unable to find time to commit. Then, even when I do find the time, with no one to drive me and with no real pressure to complete the work, it was all too easy to lose motivation.

I really wanted a writers club that would provide me with a regular time to get down to some writing and I wanted to find people who would help me be accountable for the work I want to complete.

Kindred Writer’s Club has been so useful for my writing: It has given me a space and time to write, I have been able to regularly spend 2 solid hours focussing on my writing projects. The support members have offered has helped me stick to my goals both during the session as well as in-between sessions. I have made real progress – something I didn’t think would ever happen!

At Writers club there are a variety of different authors; from comedy writing to novel writing, Movie blogging and much more. We support each other by staying focussed, reminding each other of our goals and offering feedback if asked (there is no pressure to share your work with the group) and, of course, we have a laugh too!”
