Kindred favourite Lisabel returns to headline our April Jazz Lounge.

Our monthly Jazz Lounge invites the city’s most compelling jazz acts to our Hammersmith home for an atmospheric evening of live music, dinner and drinks in our speakeasy-like Hall. In April, we welcome the brilliant Lisabel – an other-worldly performer with a distinctive style and perspective on jazz.

Lisabel

Lisabel is a contemporary soul, jazz and pop singer songwriter based in London. She has studied in various music schools around the world, attending lectures and summer courses at Berklee College of Music, LCCM London, Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Umbria Jazz Berklee Clinics and BIMM London, from which she gained a degree in performance. After settling in London, Lisabel developed a strong interest in Jazz and its contemporary sub-genres including Soul, Neo-Soul and New Jazz, taking influence from the likes of Hiatus Kaiyote, Robert Glasper, and Becca Stevens. Her debut album A Work of Art, released in 2020, premiered in CLASH magazine and received praise from publications across the world. In her songwriting, Lisabel is driven by an urge to be truly boundaryless, with an intimate and introspective songwriting style that speaks to her own experiences as well as the social environment around her.

This event is open to all. Kindred Founders go free, while entry tickets for the general public are priced at £15.

Seating is first come, first served. Please note: we can only guarantee seating for those with a dinner and drinks ticket, though we will do our best to accommodate everyone.
